3. Confidential CVs and Profiles
JJOBB may create a confidential version of your CV or profile intended to exclude direct identifying information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, and current employer.
A confidential CV or profile does not guarantee complete anonymity. You may still be identifiable from information such as your job title, employment history, qualifications, project descriptions, location, or other professional details.
You are responsible for reviewing the information you provide and deciding whether to omit or generalise information that could identify you.

4. Sharing Your Information
JJOBB may share your confidential profile with suitable companies and recruitment agencies for recruitment purposes.
JJOBB will normally share your personal details and original CV with a company or recruitment agency only after you accept the relevant interview or contact request.
This does not prevent JJOBB from sharing information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or administer JJOBB’s services.
Once your information has been shared with a company or recruitment agency, that organisation may retain and use it in accordance with its own privacy policy, retention practices, and legal obligations. JJOBB may not be able to retrieve or delete information held by that organisation.

5. Security
JJOBB takes reasonable measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, hacking, cyberattacks, malware, phishing, and other security threats.
However, no online service, database, or electronic transmission is completely secure. Information may be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or compromised because of circumstances beyond JJOBB’s reasonable control, including unauthorised acts by third parties, system vulnerabilities, or technical failures.

6. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

After your profile is deleted, it will no longer be available for new recruitment activity through the JJOBB platform. Deletion does not affect information already shared with companies, recruitment agencies, or other recipients.
JJOBB may retain limited records for up to two years where reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or regulatory purposes, or where required or permitted by law.

7. Information Already Shared
Once information has been shared with a company, recruitment agency, or other recipient, that organisation may retain, copy, or use it in accordance with its own privacy policy, retention practices, and legal obligations.
JJOBB may not be able to retrieve, amend, or delete information held by that organisation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JJOBB is not responsible for the recipient’s handling of information after it has been lawfully shared.

8. Your Acknowledgement
By creating an account, using JJOBB, or submitting the relevant consent form, you acknowledge that:
• the information you provide is accurate and relates to you;
• JJOBB may use your information to provide recruitment services;
• JJOBB may create and use a confidential CV or profile;
• JJOBB may share your confidential profile with suitable companies and recruitment agencies;
• identifiable information will normally be shared only after you accept the relevant interview or contact request;
• a confidential CV does not guarantee anonymity;
• information already shared may be retained by the recipient under its own privacy policy; and
• you have read and accepted JJOBB’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and Contact
JJOBB may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available on JJOBB.com or through the JJOBB platform. JJOBB may link to websites or services operated by other companies. Their privacy policies apply to information you provide to them. JJOBB is not responsible for their privacy or security practices.
